We stand behind SEGURA. If your first order doesn't work for you, we'll make it right. Below is everything you need to know about our refund, exchange, and cancellation policies.

120-Day Money-Back Guarantee — First Order Only

We offer a 120-day money-back guarantee on your first order with SEGURA only. This guarantee gives you 120 days from the date you receive your order to request a full refund if you are not satisfied.

This guarantee applies to:

  • Your first one-time purchase, or
  • Your first subscription order

This guarantee does not apply to:

  • Any subsequent orders (one-time or subscription) placed after your first order
  • Subscription renewals beyond your initial order

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund on your first order, email us at care@seguranu.com within 120 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the name on the order so we can locate your purchase quickly.

You do not need to return the product. If your refund is approved, you may keep the bottle. We do not require you to ship anything back.

Refund Processing

Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you have not received it, please contact us at care@seguranu.com and we will look into it immediately.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If the package or product is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at care@seguranu.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will evaluate the issue and make it right, whether that means a replacement or a refund.

Exchanges

We offer free exchanges on first orders. If you would like to exchange for a different product or variant of equal or lesser value, contact us at care@seguranu.com. If the exchange is for a product of greater value, you will be responsible for the difference in price.

Order Cancellations

Because we ship orders the same day or next business day, orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped. If you need to cancel an order, contact us immediately at care@seguranu.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but if the order has already been shipped, you will need to wait for it to arrive and request a refund under the 120-day guarantee (first order only).

Subscription Cancellations

Subscriptions are self-managed through your customer account. To cancel or make changes to your subscription, log in to your account on seguranu.com and manage your subscription directly. Our customer support team does not cancel subscriptions on behalf of customers — this is something only you can do from your account, and it takes just a few clicks.

Subscriptions are billed automatically every 30 days from the payment method on file. You must cancel your subscription before your next billing date. If a renewal has already been processed, that order will ship and you will need to cancel before the following billing cycle.

Shipping Destinations

We currently only ship within the United States. International returns and exchanges are not applicable at this time.
