These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of seguranu.com and any related services (the "Site") operated by One Rynix LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), the company behind the SEGURA brand. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site and purchase products. By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Accounts

If you create an account on the Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at care@seguranu.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Products and Availability

We make every effort to display our products accurately, including ingredients, descriptions, and images. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, colors, or other content on the Site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Products are subject to availability and we reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue any product, or refuse any order.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. You are responsible for any applicable taxes. Payment is processed at the time of purchase through our payment providers. By submitting payment information, you authorize us to charge the payment method provided for the total amount of your order, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or violations of these Terms.

SEGURA products are dietary supplements, not medications. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. The information on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only and is not medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any supplement, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition. Discontinue use and contact a healthcare professional if you experience any adverse reaction.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including the SEGURA name, logos, product names, packaging, photography, copy, and design — is owned by or licensed to One Rynix LLC and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written consent.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or actions of any third-party sites. Your use of those sites is at your own risk.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall One Rynix LLC, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or any products purchased through the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless One Rynix LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, except as provided in the Dispute Resolution section below.

15. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Site shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved, it shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Wyoming, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Class Action Waiver: You agree that any arbitration or legal proceeding shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class or representative action.

This Dispute Resolution section does not prevent either party from seeking injunctive relief for intellectual property infringement or other equitable remedies.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

17. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and One Rynix LLC regarding your use of the Site and supersede any prior agreements.
