Where We Ship
SEGURA currently ships to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Order Processing
We process and ship orders the same business day or the next business day after your order is placed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday will be processed the next business day.
Delivery Time
Standard delivery takes 2 to 5 business days from the time your order ships. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary based on the destination, the carrier, and circumstances outside our control (such as weather, carrier delays, or peak shipping seasons).
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and shipping destination. Promotional shipping offers (such as free shipping on subscriptions or bundles) will be reflected in your cart and at checkout.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your shipment. If you do not receive your tracking information within 2 business days of placing your order, check your spam or promotions folder, then contact us at care@seguranu.com.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows the package was delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend:
- Checking with neighbors, household members, or your building's mail area
- Confirming the delivery address with the carrier
- Filing a claim with the carrier directly

Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at care@seguranu.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will make it right with a replacement or refund.
