Cancellation policy

These Subscription Terms govern your enrollment in and use of any SEGURA subscription program offered by One Rynix LLC. By enrolling in a subscription, you agree to these terms in addition to our Terms of Service, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.
How Subscriptions Work
When you enroll in a SEGURA subscription, you will receive your selected product on a recurring basis. Subscriptions are billed every 30 days from the payment method you provide at checkout. Each billing cycle triggers a new shipment of your subscription order.
Authorization to Charge
By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize One Rynix LLC to automatically charge the payment method on file every 30 days for the subscription price in effect at the time of each renewal, plus any applicable taxes and shipping fees. Your subscription will continue until cancelled by you in accordance with these terms.
How to Cancel Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time directly from your customer account on seguranu.com. To cancel:
- Log in to your account at seguranu.com
- Navigate to your subscription settings
- Select the subscription you want to cancel and follow the cancellation steps
Cancellation is fully self-serve and takes just a few clicks. Our customer support team does not cancel subscriptions on behalf of customers — this is something you complete yourself through your account.
Cancellation Timing
You must cancel your subscription before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next cycle. If a renewal has already been processed, that order will ship and you will need to cancel before the following billing cycle.
We do not issue refunds for renewal orders that have already been processed (see our Refund Policy for details).
Managing Your Subscription
From your customer account, you can also:
- Update the payment method on file
- Update your shipping address
- Skip an upcoming shipment
- Change the frequency of your subscription (where available)
- Pause or reactivate your subscription
Failed Payments
If we are unable to charge your payment method on a renewal date, we will attempt the charge again over the following days. If payment continues to fail, your subscription may be paused or cancelled. We will notify you by email if there is an issue with your payment method so you can update it.
Price Changes
We may adjust subscription pricing from time to time. If we change the price of your subscription, we will notify you by email before the change takes effect, and you will have the opportunity to cancel before being charged at the new price.
Refunds on Subscription Orders
Our 120-day money-back guarantee applies to your first order only, whether that first order is a one-time purchase or a subscription. Subsequent subscription renewals are not eligible for refunds. For full details, see our Refund Policy.
Order Cancellations
Because we ship subscription orders the same business day or the next business day after billing, individual orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped. To prevent a future order from shipping, cancel or skip your subscription before your next billing date through your account.
Communications
By enrolling in a subscription, you agree to receive transactional emails related to your subscription (such as renewal confirmations, shipping notices, and payment failures). You can manage marketing email preferences separately in your account or by unsubscribing from any marketing email.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Subscription Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. We will notify active subscribers of material changes by email before they take effect.
